Research Use, Purchaser Responsibility & Liability Agreement

The purchaser certifies that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.

All Eterna Bio Labs products are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory research and analytical purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption or use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, use, and disposal of any Eterna Bio Labs product is appropriate and lawful.

The purchaser agrees not to use Eterna Bio Labs products for purposes inconsistent with their research-only designation.

Eterna Bio Labs does not direct, supervise, authorize, or control how a purchaser handles or uses a product after it has been delivered.

Research compounds may present known or unknown hazards if improperly handled, stored, transported, or used.

The purchaser acknowledges these risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, voluntarily assumes responsibility for risks arising from the purchaser's unauthorized, improper, negligent, or unlawful handling or use of the products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eterna Bio Labs and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, representatives, and agents shall not be responsible for injury, loss, damage, expense, or other consequences arising from a purchaser's misuse, unauthorized use, improper handling, improper storage, unlawful use, alteration, or use of a product contrary to its research-only designation.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eterna Bio Labs and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from the purchaser's unlawful, unauthorized, negligent, or improper handling, use, resale, distribution, or disposal of Eterna Bio Labs products.

The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of research compounds.

Eterna Bio Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that may violate applicable law or company policy.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that:

• They are 21 years of age or older.
• They have read and understand this agreement.
• They understand that Eterna Bio Labs products are supplied for research purposes only.
• They accept responsibility for their handling and lawful research use of the products.
• They agree to Eterna Bio Labs' Terms & Conditions and applicable policies.
